What does “WhoDey” mean?
“Who dey?” is Nigerian Pidgin for “who is there?”. The app asks “Who dey around?”. The name is written WhoDey, one word, and some people search for it as “Who Dey app”. It is the same app.
Is WhoDey a dating app?

WhoDey starts in Lagos and nearby towns such as Sango, Mowe, Ibafo and Agbara, and is built to grow across Nigeria, city by city. Elsewhere in Nigeria there may be few people for now.
